During the emergency divorce hearing on September 17th, Magistrate Johnson mentioned that there was a notation in the case file regarding my ex's arrest warrant. I explained [on the record] to Johnson, that my ex had threatened to kill me. Johnson told my ex to turn himself in after the court hearing [instead of enforcing the warrant and having him arrested in court].
My ex did not turn himself in until two months later [November2008].
