09222010 - Faxes to Porter County Judges - Magistrate Johnson's refusal to sign August court order - Immediate distribution of property settlement - Retaliation for having reported Johnson to Judiciary Commission? Divorce Case - CAUSE NO: 64D01-0708-DR-7804/Porter County Superior Court, Valparaiso IN

Magistrate Johnson had failed to sign the order granting me immediate distribution of my property settlement [from August 19, 2010 hearing]. Without that order, I would be homeless and penniless on October 7th.

I faxed the attached letter and documents [see below] to all six county judges [Judge Alexa; Judge Bradford; Judge Chidester; Judge Harper; Judge Jent; Judge Thode]. I requested that one of the judges step in and sign the order.

In response to my fax, a judge did sign the order [see below]. However, it is unclear as to which judge stepped in, as their signature was partially whited-out and Judge Bradford's rubber stamp was placed over it. Judge Bradford was Magistrate Johnson's boss.

I do not know why Johnson would not sign the order, or why he would want me to be left homeless and penniless.

I think this siutation sheds light onto the possibilty that Magistrate Johnson  may have played a role  in the illegal police entry into my home. Portage Police Officers stated that they had been told to criminally enforce the August 6th settlement order [for me to vacate the marital home w/o settlement funds].

Who was the person who told the officers to criminally enforce the August 6th order / illegally enter my home? Could that person who ordered the criminal enforcement of the order been Johnson?  Would that explain Johnson not wanting to sign the August 19th order....Because he saw no need for it, as he may have already planned the criminal execution of the August 6th order?

Perhaps this was Magistrate Johnson's way of getting even with me for having reported him to the Indiana Judiciary Commission. It appeared to me that Johnson was out for blood....And there was no one protecting me from his wrath.

To the best of my knowledge, the Porter County judges did not forward this FAX to the Indiana Judiciary Commission [Johnson was under investigation at the time], or report Johnson's possible retaliation against a whistle blower to the proper authorities.

After my September 22nd FAX to each of the Porter County judges, the August 19th court order, granting me immediate distribution of my property settlement, was signed.

It is unclear which judge originally signed the order, as the judge's signature was partially whited out and Judge Roger Bradford's [Johnson's boss] rubber stamp was affixed over the original judge's signature.

This court order was never upheld. I never received immediate distribution of my property settlement and I was put out on the street without a penny on October 7th [during the illegal police entry].
