03082017 - The Feds need to delve a little deeper into Porter County corruption - Specifically, the corruption at the Porter County Courthouse

Yes, it is great that the feds have for the first time, finally indicted an official from Porter County: Portage Mayor James Snyder. However, Snyder is just the tip of the iceberg, and the Feds need to do a whole heck of a lot more housecleaning in the county.

Earlier this week, I was contacted by someone whose civil case is being handled in the Valparaiso Courthouse. The individual and their attorney were present for a court hearing - the other party and their attorney were no shows. The judge in the case refused to hold an Ex-Parte' hearing or hold the other party in contempt.

The individual and their attorney walked out of the courtroom, and were greeted by the other party and their attorney. AND, this is where it gets even more interesting... the other party's relative [who is a court employee] joined the group and handed an order [signed by the Judge that refused to hear the case minutes prior] to the individual and their attorney. AND, the individual's attorney DID NOT question the validity of the order. Needless to say, the order penalized / harmed the individual greatly, and greatly benefited the court employee's relative / other party.

To the FBI: I am sure this was caught on security video ;)
