During the August 19th default hearing, Magistrate Johnson made a comment regarding his desire for my ex's attorney's input on my receiving immediate distribution of my property settlement. Attorney Shaw made it clear in an email that he was not attending the hearing. Communication between Magistrate Johnson and Attorney Shaw would thus be ex-parte'.
