11152010 - Letter To Attorney Handlon - Requesting Force Foreclosure On Marital Home VIA Settlement LIEN

Letter to Attorney Michael Handlon, informing him that my ex and ReMax were not adhering to the September order.  I was requesting that Rhame force foreclosure on the marital home via a property settlement lien, to insure that I received my full settlement of $110,000.

Paragraph #7 of September order: "If the petitioner refuses to cooperate or implement one of the previously mentioned methods of distribution the Court will appoint a commissioner for the Petitioner. The Court will appoint Attorney Michael Handlon as the Commissioner..."
