10072010 - Unlawful police entry - Failure of Portage PD to uphold Criminal No-Contact Order - Cause #64D06-CM-8254 - Porter County Superior Court/Portage Indiana
On October 7th, when the police illegally entered my home [with my ex husband] and turned my dogs over to my ex, they violated the personal protective order that had been in effect since August 2007.
Although this protective order remained in effect until almost a year after the illegal police entry, I lived with the knowledge that the police would never again uphold it or ever protect me from my ex.
